CREPES ROLLS

I used to love swivels when I was a kid! MariaTeresa @ketosi.sa with this recipe gives us a yummy but guilt-free version! 😜
Turn the oven on to 200°.
Make two crêpes with 100ml water and 6 scoops of Smart Crêpes
Spread the spreadable cream of your taste
Sprinkle the surface with powdered erythritol and cinnamon (or cocoa)
Roll up the crepes, cut them into slices of about 2cm and pierce them with a toothpick (so they don't unroll)
Place the rolls on the baking sheet lined with nonstick paper
Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown
Let them cool in the oven ajar
Enjoy them lukewarm!

CUPOLOTTO

Beautiful recipe by MariaTeresa @ketosi.sa
INGREDIENTS
100 g fresh egg whites or 87 ml water + 3 scoops egg white powder
40 g gluten-free sprouted oat flour
2 g yeast
Creamy Bliss or Protein Bliss (optional)
Cruncy Cao (optional)
Variants
- add 1 teaspoon of erythritol or other sweetener if you want it sweeter
- add 1/2 teaspoon of cocoa if you want it chocolatey
PROCEDURE
Have the oven heated to 180°.
If using powdered egg whites: mix with water and wait 10 minutes
After this time has passed, add oatmeal and baking powder and mix (also with blender or minipimer)
Pour the mixture into domed molds (muffin molds are fine too, clearly you won't get a dome! 😜)
Bake for 20 minutes
Garnish with Creamy or Protein Bliss and Crunchy Cao

It is sensational-it doesn't compare to the hazelnut cream we all know but you can feel why when you give up refined sugars slowly you can see where the industries only and only want to take us to addiction.
