The weight depends on your fitness level: 2, 3, 4, 5 kg or more. During a live session, some women mentioned training with 8 kg dumbbells! I use 3 kg and 4 kg ones, which I bought <em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sideaita.it\/attrezzatura-fitness\/8904-8950-hex-rubber-dumbbell\/?attribute_peso=kg+03+%28cod.+8903%29+singolo+manubrio&amp;v=cd32106bcb6d\">here<\/a><\/strong><\/em>but any kind will do.<\/p>\n<p>Two heavier dumbbells for lower body: from 8\/10 kg upwards. I bought adjustable dumbbells so I can gradually increase the weight. The set I purchased <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.it\/gp\/product\/B097YGK7V4\/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&amp;th=1&amp;psc=1\"><em>this<\/em><\/a><\/strong> goes up to 30 kg, meaning each dumbbell can reach 15 kg. You can also combine them into a barbell. The set includes 0.5 kg plates, allowing you to increase the load by 1 kg at a time.<\/p>\n<p><em>Important note on dumbbells:<\/em>during the workout we\u2019ll need 2 sets with different weights, and there won\u2019t be time to adjust the plates on adjustable ones. So you\u2019ll need two separate sets of dumbbells. You can choose:<br \/>\nA) Two sets of adjustable dumbbells: one up to 15 kg for arms and one up to 30 kg for legs<br \/>\nor<br \/>\nB) One set of fixed dumbbells (choose the weight according to your level\u2014personally I started with 3 kg but also have 4 kg) and one adjustable set up to 30 kg. Note: with this option you\u2019ll need to gradually buy heavier fixed dumbbells as you progress.<\/p>\n<p>3) One medium-resistance power loop (about 10 kg). I bought <em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sideaita.it\/attrezzatura-fitness\/0513-0518-power-loop-elastics\/?attribute_resistenza=10+kg%28Cod.+0514%29&amp;v=cd32106bcb6d\">this<\/a><\/strong><\/em> because is black<\/p>\n<p>4) One hip band. I bought <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sideaita.it\/attrezzatura-fitness\/0606-hip-band\/?v=cd32106bcb6d\"><strong>this<\/strong><\/a><\/em>also in black.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s it!<\/p>\n<p>To get to
